No, you miss 10-15% of listings on most publicly accessible sites.  In addition the listings do not show up immediately on these sites, sometimes it takes a day or two.  

Some Real Estate brokers do not participate in IDX (Internet Data Exchange).  Listings for those brokers will not show up on many popular websites.
